We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information for our Products on the Site. This includes details about materials, such as 90% combed ring-spun cotton for T-Shirts, a 90% cotton / 10% polyester blend for Hoodies, and 90% premium organic cotton for Sweatshirts. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
Please understand that our apparel is made to order. This means that after you place your order, the specific item(s) are produced through our network of trusted production partners. This approach allows us to offer unique designs and maintain quality standards efficiently. Estimated production timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
All Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products offered, discontinue Products, or refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the amount charged.
5. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) under these Terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).
An email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Gmcgifts, Laura Jean LLC, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the site, any websites linked to it, any content on the site or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the site or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, our total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action arising or one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gmcgifts, Laura Jean LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Tennessee, in each case located in the City of Memphis and County of Shelby. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Gmcgifts (Laura Jean LLC) regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
